July 22, 2022Love this jug. Attributes are obvious - big enough for a day’s worth of Slurpee-style drink and keeps it icy for the entire day. The large mouth makes loading with ice or cleaning up easy.
But there’s a couple of design issues I think can be remedied:
1. It needs an old-style ‘lay flat’ handle built into the body. This made the old ‘work buddy’ bottles easy to hang on to in an upright position, or pour from, or drink from, all with one hand. The newer handles just stick out too far when not in use, so bring back the old design and apply it here. The top carry handle is nice, but I do worry that it will eventually cause the lid to fail.
2. An alternate lid. One that has no openings, will not leak, and insulates better. Or maybe one with a small screw top attached to the latest of the lid, so you could tip back and guzzle from, or stick a straw in if you like to vary your drinking behavior. Or both! They could be sold separately or other options. I just dislike the flip straw lid. Eventually it leaks, and is the weakest part of this product.
Food for thought. And on that note, I’m going to fill up my jug to go with it.

May 19, 2024My favorite feature on this water bottle is definitely the nice big handle. Makes transporting really easy and another nice trait is that even when completely full of water and ice, it is still not heavy to use. Really glad I also decided to go with the 64 oz instead of the 40 oz because I’m finding I’ve made it a habit to drink more water throughout the day than I typically would. Overall really sleek design for a water jug and extremely happy with my purchase overall.
LOVE this thing!

May 14, 2021I love this thing! Because of the pandemic, my office took away our water cooler and I noticed that I was not drinking nearly enough water everyday because I only had one 24 oz water bottle. Now I don't have to worry about my water intake with 64 oz readily at my disposal. I really appreciate that it keeps my water cold so every sip is refreshing. I tested out the Ice staying ability and I could still hear the jangle of ice and nearly caused my self brain-freeze on day 2. The true test will be my beach trip in a couple of weeks when I will definitely want ice cold water all day.
I love that its a straw so I can take a sip without having to pick it up. It's hefty when its full of water but not so heavy that its unmanageable. The wide mouth is also very helpful in getting ice and water in.
The biggest drawback I've found it that the flip straw is hard to flip up, which is part of how it insulates so well. I'm thinking of tying a thin ribbon or something to the straw to help me gain leverage. It could use either a longer tab to flip up the straw or some other apparatus to make it open.
Again, I love this and will probably get a smaller size of other situations, but I might wait until the flip straw issue is addressed better
Spend a little more elsewhere if you need a handle

December 11, 2022I typically wait a long time to review things to reflect accurately. This is a great jug…the lid is not. I purchased this to last a long time since that seemed to be a value of the company. I’ve dropped this jug countless times. It has dents, dings, scratches and the jug and even straw/lid still work well (no issues with leaks). However, in a very short time the screws that hold the handle to the lid had stripped out the plastic holes. I finally convinced myself to look for a replacement lid to have a handle that works but they are all out of stock. When you factor in the need to purchase a second lid in such a short time, you get very close to a widely-known competitor’s price point.
If the handle is of no consequence this might be great for you but the weight of this jug full is difficult without it.
