I fully recommend going over to B&H. Make a purchase like I just did. It doesn't have to be a big purchase. You'll come to the same conclusion I have. That we've slowly got use to other online outlets customer service going away. No I'm not an employee. Nobody paid me to say this. Just try it. It's easier and you'll find things you with at other outlets. Like this battery I just purchased. There are still people waiting for backorders of this same battery I got over a week ago,. At a better price also.

The battery look's Original from DJI, but Seller doesn't respond well!
Before buying from Seller when ask any questions seeing Seller reply quickly !
After purchased, Seller pretended Were Pending Reply messages few days!
I Don't Understand why Seller stated on Selangor but didn't use Shopee courier?
May be this DJI battery is Seller place ordered from China, doesn't write Clearly to tell Buyer Real situation!
Seller using own DHL E-commerces courier service is well-known Worst Service in Malaysia!
Always mentioned today Delivery and sudden will written in message Need Reschedule to Delivery next working Day!
And call in to DHL, they couldn't provide Clearly information about Real Delivery Status!
I couldn't understand why Seller Easier thing make it Mesh!
