The horse deco was a different color than expected, and the piece required some minor assembly. First, it is not black, but rather a dark, muted teal black color. Second, you have to set the horse on top of the pole, so it is semi-sturdy but not what I had expected. Overall, I liked the horse deco because it went well with a horse painting I had purchased from Overstock a few months ago. I have those decorative items in my bedroom to help me practice mindfulness meditation and relaxation techniques before bedtime.

It is beautiful, elegant, even. Modelled after a massive model Canova made for a piazza in Naples (never completed). It is about 2' tall/long. Not as glossy as the photo. Only down side is that it comes with no instructions and I don't know if I correctly adjusted the support rod so that it appears he is standing and not floating. He feels a bit wobbly.

this horse is absolutely beautiful, I have only had it a short time and already friends want to know how and where to get it. I plan on getting another one before Christmas for my daughter and the size is amazing.

This is a gorgeous statue. It's also larger than I thought. This is a very good thing. I am using it as the centerpiece for my collection. This piece commands attention. Very happy!!!
