[Rewarded Review] Better design than my old Mavic Pro hub

January 12, 2021Batteries click into the hub and stay there while you're bouncing down some old dirt road on the way to your next shoot. Mavic Mini/Mini 2 batteries don't have a built-in charge indicator, so it's really cool that you can just pop a battery into this hub and see its status right away. Hub doesn't need to be plugged in to see the battery levels. Also has a USB outlet for charging the controller, which is done simultaneously with one battery. The hub only charges one battery at a time, but I only fly with one battery at a time - so no problem! Fast charging with the optional 18W Charger. I rarely drain a battery past 30%, so charging takes about an hour-ish. The hub is lightweight and needs a USB-C connector and charger of some kind. More versatile that way. Well done product!
Nice product for unattended charging of multiple batteries

March 28, 2022This product allows you to charge your DJI Mini 2 batteries without putting them in the drone and it lets you charge up to three batteries and the controller without babysitting the charger. It still charges sequentially (it selects the one that can be charged the quickest to charge first) so the total time for charging is about the same; the advantage is doing it unattended. Make sure you have the latest update for your battery to avoid a bug that prevented the batteries from discharging properly when left in the drone or in the charger.

April 4, 2022It doesn't come with the power cord - you have to buy that separately. Not a huge deal because it's USB c to USB a, so fairly common, but come on - for that price, I would expect it to be ready to go out of the box. No.
Also it will hold 3 batteries, but doesn't charge them simultaneously, so I'm not sure what the point of it is. I thought this would be a faster way to charge up dji batteries. It's not. Disappointed
Must have if you want to fly more than 15 minutes

March 6, 2023Must have it if you want to fly for more than 15 minutes. DJI produces industry-standard gadgets and that's what you need as batteries run down quickly. You also can charge your phone with it. it also can fit into a large pocket.
