October 5, 2024I have made many purchases from Yeti and we all know there products are not CHEAP! This most recent order I received a damaged item. One of the water bottles is leaking.. I had sent proof of this to customer service but have yet to have my issue resolved. The customer as experience I have received is some of the worst I have dealt with. I order two custom water bottles and have been told my product qualifies for a replacement ONLY.. which is fine with be but the issue lies with they are not able to replace this product as the color is out of stock.. and they do not permit us to wait until it’s back in stock. I was told I could choose a replacement from a limited amount of colors.. I asked for a gift card or store credit, as this was a gift for my husband and was purchased as a matching set. I was told that wasn’t and option. Again I stated fine and asked if I could just have the item in black with same designs I paid for. I was told that wasn’t an option either as black isn’t available for customization in that size. I asked them if I could get black in a size down then? 36oz? I was told not possible as the 36oz is cheaper than the one I originally purchased? I told them that was fine with me I just need this taken care of… and was told my only option was to just get a plain black with no designs.. I paid additional money to have both the front and back customized but I’m expected to just eat the cost difference yet they couldn’t swap me for the smaller size because of the cost difference? Yeti I have wasn’t too many work lunches and breaks trying to resolve this! As of now.. customer service has stopped responding to me.. after I emailed their replacement representative and told them it was poor customer service! Communication with a regular customer service rep stated it was being “escalated “ and I wld hear back within 24hrs.. that was 3 days ago! I will never purchase from this company again and only wish I hadn’t given them any of of hundreds of dollars I have! For what they charge for their products a simple return/refund shouldn’t be this big of an issue?

June 15, 2024Yeti makes it very difficult to order the replacement bottle straw caps for the 12 oz rambler. Originally I had a navy water bottle for my grandchild. At daycare one of the other children ruined the cap and I wanted to replace it. I preferred the rescue red color but it was unavailable. I ended up ordering a completely new bottle in red and had it customized. I called customer service and asked if I could also order the red replacement cap at the same time and was told that I could not. I ordered a replacement cap in a different color and received the cap first and the new bottle later in a different shipment. When I checked the website after I received the new bottle, I saw that the red replacement caps are now back in stock. I feel that the customer service rep should have said that the caps were on order and expected soon. I would have waited to place my custom order and gotten everything I wanted. Now I have to deal with returning the cap I ordered and order a new one plus pay for shipping. The cost of a replacement cap is half that of a new water bottle and the shipping would have been free if both items had been ordered at the same time. Unfortunately, the replacement caps are not available locally. There are knock offs available on the competition’s website, but if I’m going to the trouble and expense to buy a Yeti brand product, I prefer Yeti brand replacement parts.

September 25, 2024I got a big 64oz YETI bottle because water and I have a healthy relationship. We spend a lot of time during the day to sip and stay hydrated. I refuse to bear through the inconvenience of carrying the big bottle up every time I want to take a drink. If you've ever carried a 64oz, you know it's like holding a baby and after some time, you will develop sharp pain in your arms and wrists.
Do yourself a favor. Don't go down that path. Take action. Take preventative measures. Get yourself a straw cap. It's everything and more. No twisting, no lifting, no carpal tunneling. Just straight water into your mouth with an easy flip. Be smart and get this straw cap.

April 29, 2024I own a customized kids sized 12oz Jr water bottle in Navy because I throw in my music bag and bring with me to rehearsal. Never have I had a leak onto my music or clarinet. That's due to this bottle straw cap. (That came with the bottle, of course.)
I purchase this one in green only because it was for a customized 18oz water bottle (a gift) and I didn't want it in black for the recipient.
I know she will experience no leaks in her bag as well. The top is easy to flip open to drink from and the handle is comfortable to use.
The ONLY disappointment I have is that colors all across the site for most of the products (including this one) are never really in stock.
