Bottle came in dented!! YETI threw the bottle and cap in a box with one thin layer of paper packing. Very poor shipping procedure. I have seen better packaging from items purchased on Aliexpress.

Seems like a good bottle. Everyone in the family has one, so they bang together in the backpack sometimes. The finish is holding up well. Have not attempted a decent experiment to test cold retention, but it does not stand out over other bottles. There is diminishing returns with higher vacuum level, so that is to be expected.

Had to order the cap online, as it wasn't available at the Yeti store. Used search words Bottle Straw Cap to find it online. Shipping is pricey for such a lightweight item, but received it promptly. Do not destroy the packaging, as it has a ruler for measuring the straw length that corresponds to your Rambler bottle. NOTE: You must unscrew the threaded insert at the rim of your bottle or the cap won't install correctly. After doing all this, the cap fits and works without leaks.

The website should be revised to let the customer know that assembly is required!

I find myself drinking 2-3 bottles of water per day with the 32oz yeti bottle now, as where before I was drinking maybe 1-1.5 on a good day. The material seems to be great quality, no leaks/issues upon first getting it. It is super convenient for getting your water intake up significantly if you're like me, and find yourself drinking way more fluids when a straw is used, and then when combining that with the ability these have to keep fluids cold for a long time, I think it's well worth the price. I ended up purchasing some straw cleaning wire wand things, and they don't work for the actual mouthpiece, but they work great for the tube/actual straw.

What happened was when I placed my order I didn’t catch that the chug topped my Rambler. My preference is the Bottle Straw Cap. So I called to see if I could swap the tops and was told I could not. And I would have to place an order for the straw cap. I was not happy about this and to make it worse, I couldn’t order the straw cap the same color as my Rambler because it wasn’t a core color. I have yet to use this Rambler. I was hoping because of all the purchases I have made and continue to make, some customer service support would have helped me.
