I saw only a horrible review for this product and thought that really doesn’t do any justice to this product.
I LOVE THE STRONGHOLD LID!!!

I have a few older yeti 20oz tumblers and had almost completely quit using them for them because I couldn’t put the older lids in my bag for work and bumping in my car had caused me a few leaks and spills that had left me frustrated.

BUT…
I had no idea there was a new lid design until I received the 30oz tumbler for Christmas and was so excited to see that this mug can actually get tipped over and even be turned upside down without spilling!!! This lid solved every issue I have had with yeti mugs!!

I now have use this mug everyday as my “go-everywhere-with-me” water bottle and it’s been everything I have been looking for in a cup, I also love the handle that lets me clip it to my work bag or gym bag!
I have not stopped talking about this mug 😍

The complaints I saw in another review described it as being hard to take apart the new lid and even harder to put back together.
I honestly don’t understand that at all, it came apart so easily!!! And wasn’t hard to put together at all!

I’ve had several other brands of mugs that require a lot of force to take the slider contraption off, I’ve broken many nails off in the process and this was incredibly easy, the instructions were straightforward once I found them but even without them it’s not complicated at all!! and to me, once you do it once… you pretty much have it… clicks apart and back together with minimal effort!!
After receiving this gift this will be my go to mug for my whole bridal party this year, I know they’ll be as obsessed as I am with this upgrade 😍😁

A perfect replacement lid. You never know what might happen to your original lid. I would also like to see replacement sliders in the different colors, like your other glassware. I am disappointed that not all colors are offered though. I would definitely recommend this item. Yeti has proven itself to me in quality & endurance. My Mother dropped my Rambler off the top shelf; it was closed & full! It landed on the lid corner; only sprinkles on the floor! I was impressed! Not a dent! I did purchase this extra lid; knowing my Mother.

I didn’t want to leave a negative comment in public view. My boyfriend loves his yeti and uses it every day. We needed to just replace the magnet slider. We ordered the magnet only and it leaked. Thought maybe buying a whole new lid would make the difference. Ordering the new lid. The magnet does not cover the opening completely and still leaks. Which was one of the things he loved about the other lid. It never leaked. So I don’t know if it’s a manufacturing issue, but the new lid magnets leak.

I got the 30 ounce Rambler Travel versions as gifts and for myself. I pre-chill it in my fridge ( not freezer) then add a few big 3 inch round ball ice and water or tea and it stays frosty cold all day long!
I use a long silicone straw in the stronghold lid opening because the silicone is flexible to fit and you can cut it to the size you want.

Everything is really perfect about this cup and so the only reasons I gave it 4 stars is because it really needs the straw option because it is heavy and dangerous to tip while driving so they should include a long flexible silicone straw with each and they should sell lots of different colors of magnet sets for the stronghold lid to be able to mix and match the slider like you can with the others. You do not need a dedicated straw lid, just get the long flexible silicone straws that easily flatten! Black sliders are sooooo boring….get fun color magnet accessories for these stronghold lids!
