Garbage old battery received dead on arrival. It has caused me significant problems, as I was traveling internationally thinking I have a reliable battery with me for my work! Unfortunately, I suffered significant delays and losses as I had to work and rely on only one other battery and wait for it hours to be recharged! I couldn't return the dead battery because I was traveling abroad. When I checked the serial number, I found that it was 4 years old! Avoid, save your money and buy reliable new batteries, with warranty, and would last at least 1 year.

Mark did a great job calling me just few minutes after my DJI Mavic 3 purchase took place. Friendly and professional conversation with lots of hints, tips and advice regarding law, needed courses. As far as I can tell, this is just as good as a new battery. It arrived quickly in fresh packaging, and was flat, not puffed. I haven't flown it a lot, maybe three times, but it has remained flat and unpuffed after three rechargings. I haven't timed the flight time, but it seems normal. It would be nice if there were an exchange program, because I've got two puffed batteries I'd like to get rid of without having to throw them away.

The battery fits well into the drone and appears to be as good as the genuine ones.
The delivery time was fast and would be happy to purchase another battery.
