My order arrived after a week from order. I trusted the reviews here to check if they are legitimate store since the phone is much cheaper than authorized store in the mall. This is an expensive purchase after all. The box was delivered exactly as the seller packed it, thanks for their security tape around the box.
There's a lot of freebies which is great! All you need for a new phone:

I've added the phone in my Samsung account and it is indeed a legitimate and brand new one, but since it is purchased from different country, their 1-year warranty is not available. The box was resealed (opened to setup PIN) using their security sticker but the bottom is intact, same as store bought. Mine has a Spanish sticker so I think it might have been sourced in Spain or South American countries. They locked the phone with a pin so you have to chat them once it has been delivered, there's a slight delay due to their system said the seller.
I've been using it a week and I did not encounter any problems so far.

wanted to take a second to reach out to Samsung and let them know that they have built a fantastic device. I have used different devices in the past but I've also used Galaxy devices as well. Coming from my last phone being the Samsung Galaxy s20fe which I thought was great. However this 23 Ultra is innovated into the next direction of smartphone the only gripe I could see and really not for myself but for anybody would be the mere size of the phone. I'm a big fella so it works very well with me because I have big hands but for other people I'm not so sure how they would be respond nor do I care. LOL what I do care about is Samsung has continued to move forward in the technology of their smartphones and this phone is absolutely 100% spot on I just don't see how when the next big thing comes out that it can in Any Which Way compete with this phone it is durable very tough when enclosed in a proper case. I said no because I dropped my phone a lot on accident of course and I am a working man so it takes his fair share of bumpy and slipping out of your hand if you know what I mean. So it is 100% terrible it is fast. And the camera do not get me started the camera is above and beyond I don't think that there are professional grade cameras that are thousands of dollars that could even compete with this camera being able to take pictures at night time and not even have to put on the flash! Mind blowing just crazy I love it the pictures are so clear and Vivid it can hone in on a spectrum of color on anything that's just use a flower for an example and once honed in into the color of the eye of the camera picks up colors and fragments that you would never be able to see with your eye let alone a plane Jane camera. The S Pen!! Wow guys you have done it the technology behind it the compatibility with it in the fluid motion of it compatible with the screen is beyond its time it is so to the point in technical it is just very fun to you use. I've had this phone now for about 4 weeks and will for the first two weeks you're not really painted any mind you're going through the formality of trying to get everything back to how you had it and getting everything back comfortable for your use. But this week I had a chance to play around with it and to use some of the Samsung apps that are very compatible with the phone as they are designed to be I could go on all day long and I don't ever write a message to accompany or to any reviews or anything and I just had to take a second to say that this is one very happy customer as it stands and this phone is absolutely amazing and I want to take a second to thank everybody that ever had their hands in the part of making this phone and the technology that goes with it and I want to commend them and tell them thank you from a consumer that really appreciates and values the time and effort that they put into this phone and its capabilities with that being said thank you very very much Samsung you continue to be on top in my book and I don't see how that could ever change!!

Thank you so much for this store! Was hesitant to order at first since its overseas and it is not Shopee Mall and the item that I have bought is expensive. Had so many questions to the seller but all were replied instantly even Weekends. Read so many reviews from other buyers the main reason that I have ordered here is there response time that earned my trust. Ordered last Sept. 15 during payday sale took 8 Days delivery since it was coming from Hong Kong.

Ok just an heads up to Co-Buyers like me, the seller sent me pictures of the Phone sealed and they are opening it and they will put security pin for security purposes like Theft within customs and after they put the Pin and Check the phone they will reseal it and sent it to you, It's there way for securing the item since I think there is still a lot of theft happening in customs. For me it's ok seller also gave an heads up upon ordering that they will be opening the phone before ship out.

No issues to the Phone, Brand New, Complete and lots of freebies! Just do note that the Two freebies includes 1 Clear case and 1 Tempered Glass 😄, my wife was so happy since she really loves samsung phones especially this one. Will definitely order again! Worth buying Cheapest in the market and super reliable seller.

PS: The seller will give you the Pin of the phone upon receiving the item you can always reset the phone again and the Pin will be completely removed :)
