April 30, 2024I use my phone for all the gaming working and enjoying movies and chating , the camera is excellent for my memories.
In addition to its impressive hardware and features, the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G also stands out for its software experience. Running on Samsung's One UI, the phone offers a user-friendly interface with intuitive navigation and a host of customization options. You can personalize your device with themes, wallpapers, and app layouts to suit your style and preferences.
Moreover, the phone offers robust security features to keep your data safe and secure. With features like facial recognition and a fingerprint scanner, you can quickly and securely unlock your device, while Samsung Knox provides defense-grade security to protect against malware and unauthorized access.
Another reason you love your Samsung Galaxy A54 5G is its affordability without compromising on quality. Compared to flagship smartphones, the A54 5G offers excellent value for money, providing you with all the essential features you need in a modern smartphone without breaking the bank.
Overall, its the best phone

May 30, 2024I have had my new Samsung A35 for a week now and just love it. I read the many articles about the potential fall-out of the 3G network and decided it was the right time to upgrade my good Oppo phone of 6 years to a modern phone with 5G capability. I am a fan of Android phones given it is so much easier to connect them to my computer and transfer or add files as I need them. I am appreciative of the fact that many Seniors may not be able to purchase high level mobile phones but need current model phones with good accessibility and user-friendly features. The A35 does all of that and more.
I very much like the quality of the camera, and the quality of video play backs of any video's stored in the phone. I liked the option of having the extra storage capacity through an additional micro-sd card which I have now installed and its nice that both the Sim card and the micro-sd cards fit in the one card holder drawer.
I have quickly adjusted to the phone and with GPay I have a very useful tool with me at all times. I can most certainly recommend the A35 to anybody seeking a mid-price range mobile phone and I am very confident that Senior's like me will quickly adapt and also find this mobile phone of real benefit to their day-to-day communication needs. I am confident now of having a reliable, up to date mobile phone which will last me for some years to come. Thank you, Samsung, for bring this phone to your collection.
Simple phone, large screen, disappointing tech

January 7, 2025I have had Samsung phones for over 10 years now, starting with Galaxy Minis, an A3, A5 and an A40. These phones were all the budget samsung phones but all were amazing. The only reason I got a new one was because the back of my A40 fell off after 4 years of service.
This A05s feels like a complete downgrade. The tech is dated, cameras are nothing short of terrible and there are a magnitude of features missing, including the compass. Since getting the phone half a year ago, it seems to have slowed significantly.
I'm also not one to save photos or have a bunch of apps, yet i was promoted that my storage was getting low (first time in 10 years).
Whilst the screen is noticeably bigger, it is in fact too big. A great feature is the ability to 'shrink' the screen size so that you can easily access all 4 corners with one hand.
The finger print on the side is also a nice feature but this is again a downgrade from the back finger print of my A40 in my opinion. The back finger print also allowed you to swipe to expand the shortcut bar at the top; a feature this phone again lost.
The price is attractive compared to the premium phones of today; however, I wish I would have spent a bit more on a better phone.
In short, I cannot wait to replace this phone when the next line of budget phones are released.
A very impressive and robust device

October 19, 2024I bought this as I wanted to replace my 4 year old Samsung, and as I was so impressed with my old Samsung (I only wanted to replace it because the battery life had become so poor after so much use) I wanted to stick with the same manufacturer.
The added appeal was this was on special offer at Curry's and was £100 off the usual price, and using it I reckon it was a fair price (a bit much at the original full price).
I had a critical illness 20 years ago and need reliable 'phone to help me organise my life. I use Google software because they cross over with other devices. The product build of the 'phone is excellent. robust and I have a lot of confidence in the thing. Transferring the stuff from my old 'phone to this was easier than I thought, and was a thing I worried about. I haven't needed to use the camera yet, but the audio and microphone are excellent. Were it not for the regular price I would happily recommend it, but I would struggle to justify paying the full list price. Maybe this is aimed at youngsters who like playing games (I'm of an age where people applaud when I tell them how old I am). What I need now is an affordable wearable device that tracks cardiac function. the ones on the market are either of doubtful accuracy or blisteringly too expensive. Samsung, contact me and let me know what you can do for me!
