Purchased these Silence Earplugs along with the Sleep Deep Earplugs. Neither reduced sound as advertised. I followed the instructions and tried multiple sizes. Nothing works. Didn’t even notice a difference between the two products as far as noise reduction. Now I’m stuck with these two products that are useless to me and they are no longer responding to my emails for assistance. (I’ve since found other reviews with the same issue of not getting a response from the company.) My fault for not catching the return policy on “unopened products only”. How else would I know if the product works if I don’t open it and test it out? I’ve been spoiled by other companies standing by their products and refunding/accepting returns if you’re not happy with your purchase. Definitely am not getting that with Alpine. I give customer service and the product one star.

I was curious when I saw this new model but was a bit hesitant because of the price. I ordered a pair in pink using my birthday discount. They are pretty and I like the different size options. They are also quite comfortable for anything except for sleeping on my side. Unfortunately, this is exactly what I bought them for. I am a side sleeper and after a couple of hours I have to take them off because the pressure of the V-shape on my conchae becomes painful. It's a pity because I really wanted them to work for me. I'll have to stick to Deep Sleep S at night and maybe wear the Silence earplugs while travelling.

The new design of Alpine earplug is fantastic. It is my first earplug from Alpine so I have no expectation. I personally really love the unique V-shape, because they stay perfectly in my ears and they look really trendy too!! Who doesn’t like a trendy earplug?? The secure fit makes them incredibly comfortable and effective at blocking noise. With my ear, I find S is a perfect fit, M is a bit too big; nonetheless, you get 4 different sizes in the box anyway so it is really convenient. Highly recommend!

When I saw these earbuds, I ordered them right away. They looked great, but you never know until you try them. Luckily, they exceeded my expectations. They come in sleek packaging with a handy case and multiple tips.

What I love most is how well they fit without being noticeable. They seal perfectly in my ears, and the soft material makes them feel like they’re not even there.

These earbuds are now my go-to for everywhere!
